Submission Guidelines

Issue Five of TheRightEyedDeer will be published on January 1, 2010.
But first ... you must become a member of The Write Idea forum. Click the link in the right sidebar and join today. We're pretty friendly over there.
Then, send your submission as a .doc attachment to therighteyeddeer (at) gmail.com (please do not send anything that has been previously published ... anywhere).
TheDeer would like some drama.
Short one-act plays, bodice rippers, gangster shoot 'em ups,
stories and poems that open with an explosion
and don't let up until somebody yells 'Cut!' at the end.
Send your most exciting work.
For this issue, submissions are limited to three pieces per author. There is no word or line limit. A short list will be drawn up of all work submitted. This will be reviewed by our staff and the best will be chosen for inclusion in Issue Five.
Proofread your work carefully. We get itchy when we see lots of spelling mistakes and punctuation errors. Don't give the deer fleas, please.
Deadline for submitting for Issue Five is December 15, 2009.
